CANLP has just signed a protocol with SICPNL to foster the promotion of NLP in Canada and to unite practitioners of NLP throughout the country. This partnership will provide members of both organizations with benefits and strengthen the NLP community within Canada.
Details of the agreement are as follows:
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to create international cooperation to promote NLP;
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to create a system of international networking for their members (use of Internet newsgroups of the CANLP to facilitate the international networking);
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to reduce the expenses of membership of the members registered on several associations (of the order of 10 % by membership to an association and to create fixed prices multi-memberships);
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment in the fact of allowing the members of these various associations to announce their services in reduced costs (of the order of 10 % for every announcements);
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to create a section Inter-Association on their Web sites;
• SICPNL and CANLP commit to allowing the various associations to announce their events (congress or the other organized important activities and approved by both associations) free of charge;
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to invite free of charge the presidents (or one of the board member of each of these associations) at the various congresses dresses by these organisation;
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to respect the ethical and corporate criteria of each of these associations;
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to assume expenses inherent to the development of the services inter-association offered to their members.
• SICPNL and CANLP makes a commitment to be opened to the possibility of setting up a partnership with the other NLP associations.
This agreement is valid for one year and can be modified, be improved or still be canceled at the request of both parties.
